We make every effort to offer our customers products that are reasonably priced and in good working order. We offer a 30-day warranty on all merchandise with the exception of speakers and car audio, when accompanied with the original receipt and will gladly demonstrate the operation of these items to ensure customer satisfaction prior to purchase.

Return Policy

In the event that an item is defective or not working at an acceptable level of operation and is returned in the same condition as purchased, we will refund the total purchase price in the same format as the original transaction if it is returned within the warranty period and is accompanied by the original receipt.

At the customer’s discretion, we can also offer store credit or product exchange. Contact us for details.

For all returns, store employees will need to collect relevant information from you for our records. If a higher than average number of returns is made by a customer, we reserve the right to deny any future returns from this customer for specific products or shorten the warranty period. This option will be used only as a last resort.
